Standard Return Policies

Our Bibles have a money-back, no-questions-asked guarantee for all Bibles returned in completely unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Customer pays for return shipping. (This excludes Bibles with name stamping and rebinds (see below).

Insignia Books will replace items damaged in shipping. Shipping damage returns must also be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Insignia Collection (Custom Bibles)

Our lifetime guarantee is a warranty against faulty workmanship and “actual” defective materials* with no time limit to make a claim. This does not include normal wear-and-tear due to normal use or abuse. It does not ensure that the product will perform for the lifetime of any person. We simply guarantee the work and the average expectancy that the materials are expected to perform as determined by the average longevity for materials of its kind by how it is used. If you are not completely satisfied due to reasons within our warranty, please contact us at any time for a resolution.

“Actual” defective materials are those which perform poorly. Natural anomalies such as scars, wrinkles, variation of hue or depth, or other irregularities are not considered defects. Instead, they are regarded as organic features and are what make a custom Bible unique. Keep in mind that most leathers with a “perfect” look are either synthetic or embossed leather (faux texture).

Colors may vary: For leather, not only do screens differ in displaying colors, but also the actual leather can vary from hide to hide as each was likely dyed at different times. Items such as stitching and ribbons may also vary as the displayed photos are only examples of colors that may be used.

We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee for any reason for new Bibles in completely unused condition.

Name Stamped Bibles

Outside our warranty against defects as stated above, we have a strict no-return policy for Bibles with name stamping since, once personalized, they will have no further resale value. Customer Misspelling on original order cannot be corrected or refunded.

Standard Editions

Insignia Books will replace Standard Bibles with manufacturer defects if returned within 90 days of receipt. Defect must be verified by Insignia Books. Standard Edition Premier Study Bibles include Spectrum Series and Classic Series. Contact Insignia Books before returning.

Legacy Series

Insignia Books will replace Standard Bibles with manufacturer defects if returned within 1 Year of receipt. Defect must be verified by Insignia Books. Contact Insignia Books before returning.
